Dope testing at Horse of the Year Show 2025

At Horse of the Year Show 2025, a cross sample of animals competing in the showing classes were selected to be dope tested by the onsite veterinary team to ensure compliance with the show’s doping rules. Further to a blood sample being taken from the following four animals; Acle Celebration, Arimathea, Cleopatra and Newoak Midnight Blue. The samples have been analysed using documented LGC methods and we have received confirmation that no prohibited substances were found.
