AXS have rigorous security systems and we believe you may have encountered an issue accessing the site due to this. The top three reasons are.
1. VPN – If you have any VPN turned on this masks your identity and needs to be turned off. If using an Apple device, make sure to disable Private Relay (on your device, go to Settings and select iCloud) as this is a VPN.
2. Suspicious Traffic – If you have taken a lot of actions in quick succession this can result in your device being blocked either temporarily or permanently. To address this please take one or all of the below actions.
· Clear your cache and cookies
· Switch from Wi-FI to mobile data (or vice versa)
· Use a different device
3. Leaked Password – If your password has appeared in a data breach on another website or app, the AXS security system can flag it as needing to be changed. Following a password reset taking place you should be able to access your account.
If your issues seem to be unrelated to the above then please get in touch with AXS directly providing your IP address details, this will enable them to investigate further. You can find that information by this link on the same device you have having issues with and sending them a picture of the information on the page. https://www.axs.com/myip
