The NEC facility fee is a permanent feature of the ticket prices for BP Pulse Live events to ensure that the venue offers superb facilities, attract world class artists and provide customers with fantastic experiences.

Gold tickets
Gold tickets are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only; these allow access for the entire day including the Retail Village, the TopSpec Arena reserved seating in the Andrews Bowen International Arena for the alternative performance in Blocks 3 & 4 row U.
Access to the Hospitality structure is only permitted during your selected performance (daytime or evening).
Saturday/Sunday
Saturday/Sunday Hospitality tickets allow access for the allocated performance only. There is no access to the Andrews Bowen International Arena during the alternative performance. Daytime Hospitality ticket holders also have access to the TopSpec Arena.
All Hospitality ticket holders have access to the Retail Village all day.
General
Dress code for all daytime and Wednesday and Thursday Evening performances is lounge suits (strictly no trainers or jeans).
Dress code for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening performances are strictly Black Tie (Grandstand Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code is not adhered to).
Drinks are payable upon consumption and purchases can only be made by card.
Hospitality can be accessed via a lift, please email commercial@hoys.co.uk if you require disabled access.
