We are deeply saddened to hear the news of the passing of Mr Tim Price.
Tim had been involved in Horse of the Year Show in numerous capacities for the last 30 years including as a collecting ring steward and a senior official. He had vast experience in the equestrian world and Horse of the Year Show greatly benefited from this; it is therefore totally appropriate that in what sadly appeared to be his last year at HOYS Tim had the honour, with his friend and business colleague Mr Terry Court, of judging the HOYS Supreme Horse and Pony of the Year Championships.
Renowned across many equestrian disciplines for his innovative ideas and developments for the sport, Tim’s passion and knowledge have undoubtedly contributed to shaping the sport which we know today.
