“Since I was a little kid, I’ve always had one big dream… to compete at HOYS.
“After going last year to support my friend, I came home and said to myself, “Next year, I’m going to give it a go and see if I can get one of my little mini ponies to HOYS.”
“With the American Miniature Horse classes, kindly sponsored by Pandora Stud, we finally had the amazing opportunity to showcase our beautiful miniature horses on the HOYS qualifying circuit.
“Then, at our 4th qualifier, the dream actually came true… We WON the stallion class, went on to take RESERVE CHAMPION, and most importantly… WE GOT OUR TICKET TO HOYS!
“I honestly can’t put into words how much this means to me. A dream I’ve had since I was a kid is finally becoming a reality, and even better, I get to walk into that arena with my own pony, SMO FUEGO DE SUERTE.
“I absolutely cannot wait for Friday evening. Whatever happens, just being there with my boy is going to be a moment I’ll never forget.”
