Higher View Charlie qualified for the Barber Family Ridden Heavy Horse of the Year Championship, securing his ticket at Lincoln County Show. Produced and ridden by Emma Green from Lancashire, Charlie gave a truly memorable performance, finishing with a stunning extension that had the crowd applauding during his lap of honour in the grand ring.
This win was especially emotional for his owner, Lindy Winship, who had not seen Charlie since HOYS 2024 due to ongoing health challenges. To witness his success and have the honour of the award being presented by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal made it a day to treasure!
