Horse of the Year Show Qualifying Story 💜
“We are a home produced family in Devon who never dreamed in a million years we would qualify a pony for horse of the year show. It was a dream come true.
“We bought benji (Wycroft Benjamin Bunny) last year when he was 2 years old. We have had a fantastic season with numerous silver medals won. We entered our local county show and to our surprise were Riding Pony Champion.
“We weren’t going to wait for Price Family Supreme In Hand but our friends were adamant we stayed and thank god we did. Winning at our local qualifier was the icing on the cake. In a ring filled with producers our little home produced gelding was called forward as champion!
“Benji is handled by children at home and is the sweetest pony ever.
“We can’t wait to come to HOYS this year with our special boy hopefully flying the flag for home produced families!”
