Once you have parked, please make your way to the VIP entrance located at the Lakeside Lounge.
Early morning access into the Andrews Bowen International Arena will be via the Lakeside Lounge Entrance. Early morning access to the TopSpec arena will be via the NEC Piazza Main Entrance (Hall 1).
Hospitality is located in front of Blocks 8, 9 & 10 of the Andrews Bowen International Arena.
Disabled access: Hospitality is accessible via stairs or lift.
Gold tickets are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only; these allow access for the entire day including the Retail Village, TopSpec Arena and reserved seating in the Andrews Bowen International Arena for the alternative performance in Blocks 3 & 4 Row U.
Access to the Hospitality structure is only permitted during your selected performance (daytime or evening).
Saturday/Sunday Hospitality tickets allow access for the allocated performance only. There is no access to the Andrews Bowen International Arena during the alternative performance. Daytime Hospitality ticket holders also have access to the TopSpec Arena.
Hospitality ticket holders have access to the Retail Village all day.
Dress code for all day Wednesday & Thursday, Friday daytime, Saturday daytime and Sunday daytime is lounge suits (strictly no trainers or jeans).
Dress code for the Friday, Saturday & Sunday evening performances is strictly Black Tie (Grandstand Media Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry if this dress code is not adhered to).
Complimentary programmes will be available when seated in Hospitality.
