Charlotte Knight

Charlotte knight Royalview Celebration & Thistle down Princess Leziza
Team Linney
We started our journey Un known to us as it was a huge surprise ….
Charlottes dad pulled out all the stops and made this journey so special before we even got going.
We ( Me and my daughter) didn’t know we were having another pony let along having one produced. Like every family we dream about a few goals of winning a few classes. We have all dreamt about one day watching our daughter in the arena of dreams. Unbeknown to me my partner decided he would put his everything in to finding a super star pony, He Rang sharn Linney back in November who we also have our first ridden pony in production with And asked her to source something for us to again have in production as a surprise for not just for me but for Charlotte being in her first season with sharn. It was a big secret that he had organised and kept it all to him self . I wasn’t aware of any thing As you can imagine I was absolutely over the moon to see a little black pony in his winter woolies stood on sharns yard. What a super star sharn scoured with a dad that pulled out all the stops, To my absolute surprise this little combination was formed. Royal view celebration hasn’t been in the ring he was a fresh face to showing. And sharn has really put her stamp on him
gaining his RI lead rein show pony and hoys ticket in the same week was just so surreal I just knew he was a special boy as he really is beautiful. We had no idea on the super star we had stumbled upon, He went out to win his first HOYs Qualifier on his first go! He’s been in the ring 4 times.. and been champion always bringing home a red ribbon but being a novice pony he really looks after his jockey with that feeling of seeing your little girl in a line up of prestigious pony’s winning a hoys class was a feeling we as parents have never experienced it was a once in a life time feeling we though!
We were absolutely on cloud nine. Then a few weeks passed it was our first Ridden hoys qualifier at the three counties our little Charlotte is by far the youngest in the class and the dinkiest she was determined to go and show everyone her show and at 7 years old she really owned her time in the ring They were pulled in top again. This felt so special as she was in there doing it her self in a huge line up and my heart sank that feeling came back of she’s actually doing this she could actually get another ticket! They absolutely blew everyone away with a show that was so elegant to get a over all marks of 86 to take the first ridden hoys Qualifier at the three counties and taking reserve champion riding thistledown princess Leziza
So we have two tickets! With our two pony’s it’s a dream come true never once did I expect or think this year we would be we’re we are. I have always said to Charlotte have a lovely time in the ring and what we will be will try your best and enjoy it. We had no expectations at all. When you love what you have you have everything you need.
she’s just a little girl who loves her ponies. Loves being apart of her team making memories and Making us as parents so proud
Thank you dad your simply the best.
