COLLABROThe sensational five-piece musical theatre boy band Collabro, who were crowned winners of this year’s ITV's Britain's Got Talent, will be making their way to Birmingham's NEC on Sunday 12th October to perform in the Andrews Bowen International Arena during the gala evening finale of Horse of the Year Show (HOYS), "The World's Most Famous Horse Show".

The boy band, which consists of Michael Auger, Richard Hadfield, Jamie Lambert, Matt Pagan and Tom Redgrave, and whose debut album Stars went on sale this week, charmed the nation on the talent show as the public voted them to win Britain’s biggest talent contest. Describing their music as “musical theatre with a twist”, Collabro will perform during HOYS’ Show Opening and again during the evening’s entertainment and feature songs from their new album, which includes their rendition of pop songs such as Let It Go from Frozen and John Legend's All of Me

The pop group, whose performance at HOYS proceeds the lead up to their performance in front of Her Majesty The Queen at The Royal Variety Show, is the latest addition to an already exciting line-up planned for an extra-special finale on Sunday evening.

Collabro commented: “We are really looking forward to performing at such a prestigious event. We’ll be singing songs from our new album during the Gala Evening, and can’t wait to put on a really good show for the crowd.”

Helena Pettit, Managing Director of Grandstand Media Ltd, organiser of Horse of the Year Show, added: “We’re so excited to be welcoming Collabro to Horse of the Year Show in October. Their appearance on Britain’s Got Talent captivated the nation and we’re very much looking forward to watching them open the show on Sunday evening. It’s also a great opportunity for the public to combine their love of horses and great music and see the group perform live before their first UK Headline Tour in 2015.

Nothing raises goose bumps like a story told with song and we know their performance will fit perfectly into our finale and reflect the emotion, thrill and excitement of the week gone by.”
