The ultimate experience - VIP packages at Horse of the Year Show

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, entertaining clients or simply wanting to treat yourself, friends or family you can achieve all of this with hospitality at Horse of the Year Show. Dress to impress with black tie performances on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening.  

Your hospitality experience will begin on arrival to the VIP car park, which is only a short distance from the VIP entrance and private drinks reception. Here you will be treated to a complimentary glass of Champagne and an exclusive area to meet your guests, chat among friends and toast the beginning of a fabulous day at the "World's Most Famous Horse Show". 

From the VIP reception you will then be escorted by your own dedicated hostess to your seats in the ring-side hospitality area.  Enjoy an exquisite three-course meal from our specialist menu, seated in finest seats over looking the Andrews Bowen International Arena. Your seat is yours for the entire performance, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere at your leisure with first class service on hand.  All VIP hopitality guests will receive a complimentary programme and will be able to access the HOYS Retail Village throughout the day for the ultimate shopping experience.

Join us in toasting the end of the show during Sunday's Gala Evening Performance with an additional glass of champagne. Look out for extra sparkle from celebrity guests at the exciting finale performance.

• Please note, all prices exclude VAT
• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are Gold Ticket days. On these days your hospitality ticket will allow you access to dedicated VIP seating within the arena during the other performance that day
• All drinks are payable by consumption or can be pre-purchased using the packages below
• All packages include car parking and complimentary programmes
• Children's packages are available at half price for daytime performances, offering a special children's menu

across the Andrews Bowen International Arena from its front-of-bar seating area. As well as being fully-licensed, the Champions’ Bar offers complimentary tea and coffee to its visitors, while they enjoy the top-quality entertainment the show has to offer.
